An attractive vintage English glass fishing float in olive green, with a distinctive raised neck seal and embossed markings on both sides.
Markings include:
• MADE IN ENGLAND
• PAT. PENDING
• FGC
• Number 7
The glass displays bubbles, textured areas and variations in thickness, with a lovely green glow when backlit. Its colour appears darker in ordinary lighting.
Please refer to the original ruler photograph for a size reference. The embossed number 7 is a marking, not a measurement.
Surface wear and the rough, uneven neck rim are shown in the photographs. You will receive the exact float pictured, without netting. The ruler and photographic support are not included.
