If you are a collector of Yawman & Erbe oak office filing cabinets as I am, this is a very, very rare early piece of celluloid advertising. Y&E did not give out celluloid advertising items. No mirrors, pinbacks, calendars, signs… this is probably the only piece of celluloid advertising that they produced and my guess is that for whatever reason, they didn’t like it and didn’t produce any others. They likely didn’t this and didn’t make many.
As far as this small container with dice goes, in more than 40+ years of searching I have only seen two and I bought both. In fact if I didn’t have another one, there’s no way I’d sell this one.
A very, very rare piece of Y&E celluloid advertising, likely one of only a handful that exist. A phenomenal and must have “go with” for any Yawman & Erbe collector.
