We are happy to combine postage costs where possible. If you wish to do so then please await making payment until an updated invoice has been provided. If we do not send one automatically then please request via messages. Once payments have been made we are unable to refund postage costs.
Can I collect my purchase?We welcome collection of items. We are located at unit 30-32, Riland Industrial Estate, Norris Way, Sutton Coldfield. B75 7BB. We are open 7 days a week and collection times are Mon-Sat 8.30-3.30pm and Sunday 10-3pm. Telephone number 0121 329 2797.
Can I arrange my own courier?We are happy for you to make your own courier collection arrangements for collection only items. Please note we will be unable to wrap the items as they will have been deemed collection only due to bulkiness and weight. Such items will therefore need to be collected with a person & van type service, Shiply often provide reasonable quotes and are worth contacting.
How will my item be wrapped? We always try to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible. Our main concern is to get the item safely to our buyer without damage in transit. Recycled & reused packaging will always be clean and fit for purpose.
Will you end an sale early? We always let our sale listings run the duration to achieve the best possible price is achieved for the charity and to avoid disappointment for potential buyers. If an item fails to sell at sale we will likely relist as a buy it now style sale.
What if my item is received damaged or not as described?We try our best to describe items accurately and include plenty of photographs to show the items. We also take great care with packaging to ensure items arrive safely, however we know mishandling and problems may sometimes occur. If you feel there is a problem with your order then please get in touch to let us know of an issue and we will do our best to get it resolved.
