This lovely glass fishing net float shows where the ropes once were. I purchased a bunch of these at sale, and the gentleman who owned them let me know that he and his son picked them along the shores of the Bering Sea in Alaska. These were used by Japanese fisherman to secure nets, so they floated across the Pacific to get to Alaska. If you are interested in more, please let me know. The pattern on these is from rocks hitting the glass, so it is permanent (which makes it so cool!).
Please let me know if you have any questions, and please review photos carefully before purchasing. Also, check my other listings for more vintage goodness!
