Up for sale is a nice, 1952 Fort Lauderdale Fishing Festival trophy. It’s for the largest TARPON caught, at 83 1/2 lbs, caught by J.W. Birdwell. It’s Silver-plated. It’s approximately 8 inches high to the rim. The bottom is marked “Georgian PNS 1305.” It’s in very good+ condition. Tarnished from sitting in a store room for almost 50 years! Easy clean. It’s just a neat trophy, that’s got some history and character.
