Conditions Terms
Mint - Items are not new, but were never or barely used.
Excellent - Items have been used many times, but are still in great condition with few or no flaws.
Very Good - Items are in good condition, but have a few flaws such as small cracks or crazings.
Good - Items are in decent shape, but have noticeable flaws such as cracks or chips.

Store Policy

We will ship an item within 24 hours of when the item was purchased unless USPS or FedEx is closed.

Shipping Policy
Signature: For items above $50 being delivered to an apartment or any sort of complex (townhouse, condo, etc.), we will ask for a signature upon delivery. If you wish to opt out of this option, please let us know BEFORE purchasing, and we will waive the signature. Alternatively, if you would like to sign for your item, kindly let us know prior to purchasing, and we will gladly add on a signature.
Insurance: If an item price exceeds $100.00, we will add insurance to the item free of charge.
Global Shipping: We do not use global shipping programs, so if you want to ship internationally, we highly encourage you to contact us first for shipping options.
Return Policy
We offer returns for items within 30 days, in accordance with policy. We cannot accept actions outside of ’s return policy.
If there are any problems with the item you have received, please contact us first, and we will work with you to find a solution.
When returning an insured item, please be patient. The insurance claim process may take a while, but we ask that you retain the item and original packaging as proof for the insurance claim until the investigation is over.
