Antique Vintage American Folk Art Carved Wood Fisherman & Fish Lure Decoy Sculpture Old Paint AAFA. Great unique piece of folk art here with amazing hand carvings of a fisherman in a boat and a large fish! Looks like the fisherman originally held a rod, which is now missing. Though I'm sure it would be easy to replace with something if desired. Assuming this box was intended for holding fishing rods more-so than fishing lures / tackle. One latch doesn't quite catch and of the hinges has lose screws (very easy fix, see last 2 photos). Lid itself would make for a really cool advertising trade sign.Condition and dimensions shown in photos.
