This is an extremely rare 1920 PERKO Torpedo Boat Destroyer Masthead Brass Kerosene Lantern by Perkins Marine Lamp & Hardware Co of Brooklyn, New York. It has a Corning glass globe. This lantern is pictured as Figure 68A in the 1920 Perko Catalog 5 on page 22.

This lantern was made specifically for torpedo boat destroyers and not the regular commercial market, and thus it is quite rare.
This Lantern is in excellent Condition with a few small dings. ***NOTE*** The kerosene burner which would sit inside this lantern is missing and thus not included with the lantern. ***NOTE*** There is one chip on the Corning glass piece. This chip is shown in close-up in the last two pictures.
This Lantern is 18\" tall with the carry handle upright, by 7\" in diameter. The Lantern weighs 9 LBS 2 OZ.
