sales & Shipping: We combine sales & shipping on multiple winnings provided the items can be packed together compatibly. We prefer using USFirst Class/USGround Advantage/USPriority for smaller, lighter-in weight itemsand UPS/Fed Exfor heavier items. USParcelSelect is available, however, it is slower in delivery time, sometimes up to 2 weeks whereas USPriority is faster in delivery, usually 2 -3 days. We believe in saving our environment - we will reuse/recycle cardboard boxes and packing material at times - may not look pretty but still very usable.
International Shipping: We will ship overseas using the E-Bay Global Shipping Program ONLY. The Global Program does not allow for combined shipping on multiple items purchased. Certain items and countries are not supported by the Program for international shipping. Your offer will be rejected if item is not acceptable.
Payment: Please wait until we send you an invoice before making payment. We like to ship the least expensive, but safest means. Sometimes an item can be placed into a USPriority Flat Ratewhich may be less costlier to your zip. Payment, or contact regarding payment, must be made within 7 days of sale end or item will be relisted.
Postage: we charge actual cost of postage as per the calculator. There are no additional charges such as handling/packing fees - we charge what the USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground Services charge. We do search for the most reasonable and safest means of shipping to your zip.
Problem w/Purchase??: Very rarely does an item arrive damaged in shipment as we take pride in our packing. But if such a problem arises, we must be notified within 5 days of package receipt so that you, the buyer, files a claim with the post office as all items are insured, and you are in possession of the item in case it needs to be inspected.
