πŸ”₯ Antique Old 19th c. Nautical Ship Seascape American Folk Art Oil Painting:
$975.00

This is a lovely and FineAntique Old 19th c. Nautical Ship Seascape American Folk Art Oil Painting on canvas, depicting several sailed schooners in a tranquil harbor setting. Delicately painted clouds, calm azure waters, and stoic and intricately painted ships punctuate the scene. These ships are manned by numerous figures, and in the foreground, a small paddleboat with two figures can be seen. In the distance, more vessels come into view. This artwork does not appear to be signed, but perhaps you recognize the artist or their work? This painting likely dates to the late 19th - early 20th century. Approximately 13 1/2 x 20 inches (including frame.) Actual painting is approximately 9 1/2 x 16 inches. Good condition for age, with some small scuffs, areas of minor paint loss, and moderate edge wear to the original period gilded wood frame. Acquired from an old collection in Los Angeles County, California, but I suspect that this piece originates from the Northeastern United States.
