Take a look at THIS. I signed the petition, I hope that I did the right thing. I typically let the local culture decide on such things and if there is universal reasons, then I jump right in. This appears to be a good reason to sign the petition.

That is sad. It is in our nature to destroy despite the level of education we pride ourselves on. Also signed in case it helps.
