I'm back in with a changed password---that works. However, it seems that only the posts over the last couple of days have made the move.....for instance in Streams I only find 6 threads.....

The views of the threads showing has to do with a setting in the software that deals with the time. The threads are only shown from pointX forward. Working on things like that. Lots to do now that it's up.

Whilst looking around the new forum I wanted to change my profile picture (avatar). I can't seem to find it under the "My Profile" tab; has it been disabled or am I just blind?

OK.......I am back. I tried logging on with my old user name and password and found out I had been left in the dust. That is what I get for even being away for just a short time (have been at work on a test assessment project). Thanks to Gus for a quick answer to e-mail !!!
Guess I have to figure how to re-do my profile and avatar. Will have to do that when I get my computer back up (at the college computer center in the mean time).
