Hello from Ireland

Hi to all,
Newbie from Kildare, Ireland here who is into fishing on the small streams and rivers of which there are plenty. We have been having a prolonged dry spell over here which has left many of our streams and smaller rivers at very low levels. Never thought i would ever be looking forward to some rain fall.

Its a picture of an old irish coin which has long ceased being used as currency. Aye in the good old days when i earned one of these i would save it up for to buy my first fly fishing rod.
