The Umpqua Valley Fly Fishers will be hosting their 5th annual fly tying festival on September 14th, between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on the North Umpqua Highway at the Glide Community Center. The event will feature fly tyers from Oregon, Washington and California. Special guest speaker is the legendary Frank Moore, Riverkeeper of the upper Umpqua.
