The taste was superb. It had been made into tacos, burritos and the last into a stir fry with vegetables. And, I still have about half of it in the freezer. Can you say "Enchiladas"?
Here is my son "hamming it up" with the pulled meat.
This is how my daughter likes her pulled pork. Steam corn tortillas and ketshup.
