Technical Support - helping the computer challenged

Tried to place an avatar with/on my profile. Could not do it. Site where avatar is located says please do not try to copy the avatar from their URLto where you want to place it, but to download it to your computer then place it where you want it located. Have the avatar on my computer. Same one as used with the old software - which was attached without experiencing any problems which is both amazing and a miracle!

So, could someone please let me know if this avatar on my computer could be placed on/with my profile?

Checked in to it a couple days ago and it's all working... Well, it should all work, but in the mean time, ags, send me your avatar mail it to gus@smallstreams.com

One, Thanks Gus, will do.
Two, Never thought that your system was the cause of the problem. It is I who is the problem. Just do not have the computer knowledge, savvy to get the Avatar posted. Was going to consult a friend and Google it, but will now forgo that options.

Three, Isn't "socialized" computer service great!
