Black Beans and Rice

1 16 oz can of black beans
1 Cup of cooked rice
Enough sliced pepperoni to equal a stack of about 3” tall
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

mix beans and rice, dice up the pepperoni and add to beans and rice heat throughly salt and pepper to taste serve in a bowel ad a dollop of sour cream and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
