I have not been able to ID the little trout. Would anyone letting me know what it is?

I caught it in the central sierra at about 4000 ft on a small stream. I have caught the same type, but larger, on the same water.

It is not a brown or brook. But it does not look much like a rainbow, at least any I have seen.
