    Thinly sliced top round of venison seasoned. Stuffed with parsley, sliced garlic, and cheese.

    Pan fry in olive oil until browned, then simmered in a beautiful tomato sauce for a few hours and served with your choice of pasta, and beverage.

    mmm, a chardonnay and a bit of Dolce far Niente to go with that.
