Yep, best tenderloin available.Of course it's all good,the steaks,chops burger,roasts.Never cared all that much for calves liver but I love fried chicken livers and I always have fresh liver and onions when I get a deer.The heart is good eating as well.Sliced thin and lightly floured,fried makes a great sandwich on a hard kaiser bun with mustard and horseradish UMMMMMMMMM!
I'm gettin' hungry just thinking about it.
