That looks like a Royal Coachman with a tail different from the usual pheasant tippet.
Looks like a cross between a Royal Coachman and a Royal Wulff. It looks like a singe white wing post tied forward which is what is what Wulff said his original had. He said he only added two wing posts of calf hair because his customers demanded it. I tie my hair wing dries with a single calf tail or snowshoe rabbit hair wing either forward or backward.
