Hi all. I'm from the Pacific Northwest. My favorite fishing is small remote streams, with a 7' 9" 3 weight where there is a thick riparian rainforest right up to the water's edge, otherwise I'll use a 9' 4 weight pack rod for the mending and hook-setting leverage. I am very blessed to have had two very special "Curtis Creeks" to fish over the last ten years where I have always found solitude, with many wild Coastal Cuttie friends willing to take a fly, and have never encountered another angler on the streams. I look forward to sharing a fondness of small streams with you.

There is awesome beauty where wild trout thrive

I actually had to pull the freshly eaten prey out of this glutton's mouth to unhook it

Wow! So beautiful. Thanks. These are the things we have to look upon during the long Wisconsin winter coming on.
