Austin Local Guy Forsyth released a new one on 9/11, so I've been in a Guy mood. Been also taking advantage of the Live Music Capital of the World in my backyard lately going to some of the legendary places like Stubb's and Antone's. Fun stuff like SXSW - saw the premier of Old Crow Medicine Show/Mumford & Sons/Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes movie and all three of those groups... my daughter scored free tix to that one.

So Guy is on the 'pod at work:

One of my favorites:

and another...

and... another.

and here is a fun one I took this summer. Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe (Alex reading the lyrics from his iThing), and Old Crow all singing "Wagon Wheel"

So what are you guys listening to these days?

Nice. Jack Johnson is a family and personal favorite here, too. Six of his albums on my iThing, in the same playlist as the ones I mentioned in the first post.

I listen to 50s and 60s music and rockabilly mostly. Some twangy country once in awhile and angry rock when Im in a mood

Maceo Parker is pretty cool, Thanks! I frequently listen to old Bruce Hornsby and (also perform and) listen to big band jazz recordings stored on my Droid phone through my car stereo. My FM radios are usually tuned to a local classical station. I often have Bluegrass or fingerstyle guitar playing on the way to an angling destination.

Nice vids Adam. My wife and I have met and talked to Chris & Tina from the Talking Heads/Tom Tom Club a few times. They live nearby here in Connecticut. Nice people.
