Mmmmm..... looks scrumptious, Brk Trt.

Hadn't heard the name kielbasa before
so I had to google that.
You learn something new everyday.

A Hungarian friend of ours always brings
around a similar smoked version, laced with paprika, whenever he drops in.

This particular sausage has its origin from Poland, but I'm sure its made in many countries.
