Some notes on my last few outings.

The stream has been up and down over the last week, with the water being mostly clear.

The water temps have been mostly in the mid 40's.

The trout have been active taking small wets and dries.

I broke a St Croix fly rod at the reel seat and dropped a fly box into the stream. I managed to retrieve it after some running.

Sorry to hear of the damage to the St Croix Rod; I like the St Croix fly rods! Glad you retrieved the fly box! But what a beautiful area and water environment; with a couple of different kinds of Salmo Trutta! Also really nice photos.

Sounds like a warranty situation! Beautiful brookies, Eastern small streams are in great shape right now.

Love the gurgling stream pics & varied markings on the trout..
....and the hint of seasonal change.
