a while back i came across some packing foam and immediately thought spinners. i'm sure its been done before but i never tried it.

Real nice Sean - a very pretty wee fly, lovely wing shape and proportion. Great water-shots too... :)
What size are you tying those?

I use Niche Midge Wing on #32's... it's good untreated for half a dozen drifts, then slips just sub-surface to imitate a drowned spinner.

Sean I have used foam packing sheets for maybe 3 years now, it works well for me and the people I tie flies for.

Your spinners look great and I wish you tight lines with them - there is no reason they won't catch you lots of fish. :bigthumb:
