This is a pattern I did first and foremost with slow flowing stretches of streams and dawn fishing in mind. I wanted the wiggle tail to work with the current and to lure those slightly larger (ie huge) trouts to bite. I have however tied it to a lot of people who use it for sea trout along the coast of the baltic sea where I live. This colour would be more for the sea trout than streams but it's adaptable to whatever colour you want.

Wiggle flies is nothing new, it was first introduced in wiggle mayfly nymfs in the 70's, but I seldom see people tie or use them.

Nice one Ulf, I must try those on tigerfish – looks very close to the kapenta baitfish they feed on.

Thanks so much for the step by step Ulf, I have liked this pattern from the 1st time I saw it. I will be tying some up soon - just back from a wee break and am still a bit tired - but will get to it A.S.A.P.
