It was a fun journey to co-author and look forward to many more :)

I have a few at home that I may let go for a small smallstreams.com donation :sunny:

Congrats! So are you Marian, Michael or Jack? Btw, I used to be a chef, worked in restaurants for many years, finally became head chef at a large hotel but finally burned out on the hours and number of days worked. Went back to college and now I am a professor. I earn a lot less per year, but have a lot more days off. Life is a tradeoff, I guess. Congrats again on your book! Jon

Congratulations Chef.

For those who don't know, Michael O'Dowd aka "Chef" is the executive chef for the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass (http://www.wildhorsepassresort.com/) in Phoenix, Arizona. Someone else's name may be on the book but it is chef who put everything together, the reason why the book was written.

Please correct me if I'm wrong about that Chef.

He is also one of the charter members of smallstreams.com and has been integral to it's design.

I will add that that particular restaurant is very very highly regarded, in some circles considered the best in town.
I wouldn't know as I haven't eaten there. I should say congratulations however. well done chef!

 Thanks guys. I'm doing another cooking demo in January and finished up doing one Monday night in Tempe at the Hackett House.

Today was another photo shoot and interview with a journalist. Perhaps another book is in the works
