Good One! Brk Trt; Great photos of the trout and the water. I am glad to see you take care of the inner man as well. Bet that meal went down a treat.

AND!! Just think how many people turn their noses up at Small Streams. BUT! please don't put them straight. ;) :) Jax

I just want to know one thing. Is there anything prettier than a wild brookie in their fall spawning colors? :)

I really like your style of posting photographs. The plate and BBQ fit for me, it makes sense.

Hi Brk Trt,

your pics are always great! But every time I'm looking I would like to stock my little stream with some of theses beautiful brookies. One the one hand I want to keep the water as natural as possible on the other hand I can't resist these beautiful creatures.

I'll tell you my decision (if I'm able to find)

Thomas,

Do you have Char that are native to Germany?

I remember reading a post somewhere on line that stated Char were native to Austria or Switzerland.

You do have some beautiful brown trout.

So pretty out there on the E. Coast... a completely different look than our foothill streams out West.

I love brookies, especially when caught from streams with lots of shade... their colors seem to deepen and they can be just stunning.

Awesome post.

Thank you for beautiful pics as before.
Well..., they look even more beautiful than ever before. Though I would not want to stock brook trout into my home water, I agree with edeltrouts at least about that the coloration of the fish is incomparable!
